These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 133bed ("133bed", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 133bed online gambling and sports betting platform accessible at 133bed.vip and all associated sub-domains, mobile browser interfaces, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet or wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

133bed reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account, and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

Access to and use of the 133bed Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis:

• Minimum age: You must be at least 21 years of age. The 133bed Platform is strictly for adults. Underage gambling is illegal, harmful, and will result in immediate and permanent account closure with forfeiture of any funds derived from gambling activity.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to access online gambling services from your jurisdiction of physical location.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law. Persons under guardianship or those otherwise lacking legal capacity are prohibited from using the Platform.
• Single account: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts for any purpose — including but not limited to circumventing bonus restrictions, evading a self-exclusion, or concealing identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration information. False information provided during registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order — whether imposed voluntarily by yourself through 133bed's responsible gaming tools or imposed by 133bed for any other reason.

133bed may request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photographic identification (such as a National Identity Card or passport) and proof of address . Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension or closure of the account and may result in the withholding of pending withdrawal requests pending investigation.

To access the full range of services on the 133bed Platform, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. During registration you will be required to provide, at minimum, a valid mobile number or email address, a username, and a password. You may also be asked to supply your full legal name, date of birth, and a residential address in Bangladesh.

Password and account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 133bed will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

Account activity: You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have previously notified 133bed of unauthorised access. 133bed accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.

Account inactivity: An account that has not recorded any login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered dormant. 133bed reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts or to close them after reasonable notice, in accordance with applicable policy at that time.

Account closure by the player: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed before closure is finalised. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via the payment method on file, subject to identity verification.

133bed processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances are displayed in BDT using the ৳ symbol. The following payment methods are currently supported on the Platform:

Minimum deposit: ৳100. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Maximum transaction limits may apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction.

Third-party payments: 133bed strictly prohibits deposits or withdrawals via payment accounts that are not registered in your own name. Any transaction identified as originating from or directed to a third-party account will be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our payments team. Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. During periods of peak volume or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 72 hours. 133bed is not liable for delays caused by the payment service provider's own processing times.

Bonus-related withdrawal restrictions: Funds credited as bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirements are specified in the relevant bonus terms at the time of the promotion. Real-money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements and may generally be withdrawn at any time, subject to account verification and these Terms.

133bed offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion, which will be published on the Platform at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General conditions that apply to all 133bed bonuses include the following:

• Bonuses are available to players who have a verified 133bed account and have met any stated eligibility criteria for the specific promotion (e.g., minimum deposit amount, game category, time window).
• Each bonus promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them that remain unwagered at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited without further notice.

• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, exploiting technical errors, using automated tools, or coordinating accounts to trigger bonus payouts — is a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

All bets and wagers placed on the 133bed Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market, which are displayed within the game interface or market detail screen. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable rules before placing any bet.

Cricket and sports betting: Pre-match and in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. 133bed reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle any market in accordance with applicable sporting event outcomes, official result sources, and our internal trading rules. Markets on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI series, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures are governed by the official results published by the relevant cricket board or governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI).

Casino and slots: All casino games on the 133bed Platform use certified random number generator (RNG) systems supplied by the game studios. Game outcomes are determined by the RNG at the moment of play. 133bed does not alter or influence the outcome of any casino game. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual titles are published by the relevant studio and available upon request.

Void bets: 133bed reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed using funds from a fraudulent transaction, placed by an ineligible player, or placed on a market that was incorrectly priced due to a technical or human error. In such circumstances, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

Maximum winnings: Maximum single-bet and single-session winnings limits may apply across different products and are displayed in the relevant product section. Winnings exceeding stated limits may be capped or reviewed prior to payment at 133bed's sole discretion.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 133bed Platform. Engaging in any of the following will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate:

• Accessing the Platform if you are under the age of 21.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification, or at any other point of interaction with 133bed.
• Operating more than one account, or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit promotions, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform's software, games, or payment systems. Any winnings generated from a known error must be reported to 133bed and will be voided.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's source code, game software, or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 133bed staff, contractors, or other players via any communication channel.
• Depositing funds that are proceeds of criminal activity, or using the Platform for any purpose other than genuine personal entertainment gambling.

All content on the 133bed Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 133bed or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any 133bed content without prior written consent from 133bed.

Game titles and software provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, and Jili Games) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are licensed to 133bed for display on the Platform. No rights in third-party game content are transferred to you by virtue of playing those games on 133bed.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 133bed's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

While we take all reasonable steps to maintain continuous service availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or security breaches at all times. We will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties agree to pursue resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

Language of proceedings: All dispute resolution communications between you and 133bed shall be conducted in English.

Amendments by 133bed: 133bed reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform and will become effective on the stated effective date. Where changes are material, we will provide advance notice via the contact information on your account. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination by 133bed: 133bed may suspend or permanently close any account — with or without notice, depending on the severity of the circumstances — in the event of: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or criminal activity; a court or regulatory order; inability to verify identity or age; or any other reason that, in 133bed's reasonable judgment, makes continued operation of the account contrary to our policies or applicable law.

Effect of termination: Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any pending withdrawal of a verified real-money balance will be processed in the ordinary course. Bonus balances and associated wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure for cause. Balances associated with accounts closed for violation of these Terms are subject to forfeiture in full.

Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 133bed with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior oral or written agreements, representations, or understandings.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: 133bed's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or of any other provision, nor shall it prejudice 133bed's right to enforce that provision at a later date.

Assignment: You may not assign, transfer, or sub-license any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of 133bed. 133bed may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to any successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, without requiring your consent.
